The Girls turned in another amazing performance by finishing 5th out of 16 teams at the WIAA Sectional Championships last night. It was so exciting to watch.
The following girls have qualified to compete at the WIAA State Meet at UW-La Crosse next weekend.
Ken'Niya Williams - 1st in 100 m. Dash - 12.19 - School Record. 2nd in 200 m. Dash - 25.21 - School record.
Maddie Becker - 2nd in 100 m. Hurdles
Mirae Fitzpatrick - 3rd in Long Jump
4 x 100 m. Relay Team of Mirae Fitzpatrick, Maddie Becker,
Lila Wucherer, & Ken'Niya Williams - 1st - 49.01 - School Record.
PR's go to Ken'Niya in the 100 & 200, Maddie in the Hurdles, and Lila in the 200.
The State Meet starts on Friday June 5 in the morning and will finish on Saturday June 6 in the afternoon.
Our Banquet will be held on Wednesday, June 10 at the Knights of Columbus in South Milwaukee beginning at 5:30 pm.
